All prices quoted are cash prices. Prices, terms, and specifications are subject to change by Mess’s Fireworks without notice. All orders submitted are subject to the approval and acceptance of our main office. Orders are not binding upon us until accepted by us in writing. Once accepted, the order is binding on the purchaser and is not subject to cancellation.  Payment is due in full upon pickup of the order by the purchaser. Should purchaser fail for any reason to pick up their accepted order within 7 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee charged to their credit card. Should purchaser fail to make payment for its order or otherwise breach the terms of this agreement, Mess’s Fireworks shall be entitled to recover both actual damages, interest, consequential damages and all costs and expenses including collection fees, court costs, and attorney’s fees.

The purchaser acknowledges that fireworks are not sold on consignment or approval and are not returnable. The purchaser must inspect their order upon receipt. All orders are final after leaving our showroom. 

Our fireworks are sold solely upon the representation that they will be used in strict accordance with the laws and regulations at the point of sale, as well as the point of destination.  Mess’s Fireworks will not be liable for any injury during use, handling, sale or storage of the products.

Important note:

Please allow us adequate time to prepare your online orders. We will email you once your order has been approved.  That email will also include the earliest time that your order will be ready for pickup.  Usually we will have the order ready in less than 24 hours.  However, please understand that during our peak seasons processing orders may take up to 48 hours.  Please plan accordingly and call us if you have any questions or special requests.  We always try to accommodate our customers when possible.  (Orders can also be placed weeks in advance and held for the pickup date you request).
