Individuals or corporations wishing to purchase Professional 1.4g Fireworks MUST have one of the following:

A valid training certificate from the Pyrotechnics Guild International or a licensed Fireworks Display Company

Local permission for a municipality for a professional fireworks display

A valid state fireworks or pyrotechnics exhibitors license

A valid ATF Explosives or Fireworks permit in their name

Be on the list of Responsible Persons or Employee Possessors of a valid ATF permittee/licensee
